Privacy policy

• Enquiry and booking details: your name, phone number, email address, the event date, time, venue, guest count, event type and services you ask for.
• Menu choices and food preferences for your event.
• Notes our staff write while handling your enquiry or booking, and the dates on which payments are due.
• WhatsApp messages exchanged between you and our business number, including any photos or files you send us.
• A photo of your signed booking form, if you sign one.
• For our staff only: their account details, role, and a record of sign-ins (time, IP address and device).

We do not record ID document numbers. When we check your Aadhaar or PAN, the system keeps only a tick that the documents were seen, with who checked them and when. It does not store the number or a copy of the document.

We do not record bank, card or UPI details.

• To answer your enquiry, check availability and hold or book a date for you.
• To send you updates on WhatsApp about your booking, a date we are holding for you, and payments that are due.
• To plan your event internally: menus, kitchen sheets, and staff assignments.
• To keep our own records of bookings and follow-ups.

We send and receive WhatsApp messages through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, so Meta processes those messages under its own terms and privacy policy. We only message you about an enquiry or booking you have made with us.

You can reply STOP at any time and we will stop sending you automated WhatsApp updates. If you message us yourself, our staff can still reply.

• Our hosting provider, which runs the servers where the data is stored.
• An AI service, which our staff may use to read an enquiry message or a signed booking form and fill in the form fields. It is told not to read ID numbers, and the system discards anything that looks like one.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising and we do not share it with advertisers. This website has no tracking or analytics scripts.

The data is stored on servers hosted in India. Only our authorised staff can sign in, and each person sees only what their role needs. For example, sales staff see the enquiries assigned to them, and kitchen staff see only the events and menus they are preparing. The only cookie this website sets is the sign-in cookie for staff.

We keep your details while they are needed for your enquiry or booking, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our accounting and legal obligations. After that, we delete them when you ask, where the law allows.

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete them. Write to us at the contact below. We may need to confirm it is you before we act, and we may have to keep some records where the law requires it.
